I bought a cooler last May. I made sure if they have someone to fix the item if ever I will need one and they said yes. Now the cooler is malfunctioning and since it is still within the warranty period, I asked for their assistance. They called immediately which is a plus but they do not have someone in Mindoro to fix the item. They will ship the item to Manila and wait for it to be shipped back. Luhhh. Sabi nila merong magaayos before ako bumili pero pag need mo na wala na. Tsk. False advertising/marketing.

Poor service! We spent over 80,000p here last week and still paid the highest delivery charge of all our furniture and appliances anywhere in town. They promised us delivery today and we just called to check on it. They said tomorrow! Go to Robinson’s! Better service and much cheaper delivery fees.
