I watched a 2 to 3 year old die...staff is over whelmed ...shareing on room with 6 ppl plis one family member mostly more...seen ratts and lots of cockroaches...

I don't know why they put telephone numbers to contact the hospital but nobody cares to answer the phone .............................................please assign person to be answering phone calls.
