I left an umbrella in the baggage area but did not give the bagger the baggage number because the bagger hnd said that they were given a baggage number when they left an umbrella just because they did not have a baggage number. where they hung my umbrella., After I bought and when I came out I immediately looked for my umbrella, unfortunately my umbrella was not in the baggage area and This was the scenario: ME: sir my umbrella? BAGGER: what color maam? ME: the one with the black and red butterfly design ... you hung it here .. (I pointed to the place where they hung my umbrella) BAGGER: eh maam that's just the umbrella jan, besides they just take their umbrella jan eh, maybe someone else will take maam. ME: hnd pwede ... replace that ,. Bkit kc wala kayo binibigay n baggage number kpag payong lng iniiwan? BAGGER: maam, we don't have a number, so we hang the umbrellas and then the owner will take them. ME: there must be a baggage number prin khit umbrella lng iiwan.,! BAGGER: you should kc maam hnd you bring an umbrella! ME: I can't bring an umbrella! ... BAGGER: maam kuha nlng kayo ng ibang payong jan ksi baka mali yung nadampot ng iba. ME: What about the real owner? Are they the ones who get angry? Talk to your supervisor or manager! GUARD: Mom is at the counter for a while, The supervisor talked to me but it seemed like nothing ... I really tried to replace them with the umbrella they lost in their care, I don't care if they charge their baggers eh that's what it should be, I shouldn't let them lose I have an umbrella ?, I should not go home crying because someone took my other umbrella in their power. I will agree so I really forced them to change my umbrella. (Is it right for the bagger to tell me that I should have brought an umbrella? Is it also right that their superior even waited for me before talking to me? I have lost an important item in their power or in their care ... I still those who seem to have something wrong with the situation earlier (June 17,2018) and they still seem to be annoyed with me !, I was aggrieved by UNITOP, I hope you deal with your customer complain properly ... I hope it will be repeated! My only suggestion to those superior of UNITOP, please increase your baggage number, and I hope you will leave an umbrella with a baggage number prin. I hope you will willingly accept your mistake.) Thank you for changing my umbrella even though I know it is against your will !.
