EVERYTHING YOU NEED! I never thought I would like to "train" in a gym but Strength and Aesthetics Fitness Center has completely changed my mind and I'm excited to transform my body! I decided to give a gym routine a go. I'm still biking, but I'll feel much stronger all-around and feel like part of the fitness center in the future. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. No matter if your goal is to simply stay fit during vacation or to train like a hardcore athlete, Strength and Aesthetics has what you're looking for. Super friendly people, excellent and affordable personal trainers, ton of weights and exercise equipment. The Strength and Aesthetics loves visitors and locals. I can say that it will be your new all-time favorite gym. They've got great equipment, freeweights, layout and cleanliness. The gym's culture is also welcoming. Their rates and monthly passes offer great value too. You'll love this fitness center so much.

This is my 2nd home. I strongly recommend for everyone who wanted high intensity interval training. They also offer Boxing, Mhuay Thai and Weights training . They have very good professional coaches and you'll meet more friends a long the way who has same goals like you! Being fit and healthy is the new sexy !
