Bad service I’m not happy, my brother stayed here for two weeks , he had high blood pressure, they giving him too much medication until his BP dropped. Ended up death. Doctors and nurses are not properly trained. They don’t know what are they doing. Instead they billed my family for the amount of half millions. Of money. But they never help my brother recovery whatsoever. They only wants your money not lives matter to them. What a jokes. I am very very disappointed with everything. Do not go to this hospital. I would never ever recommend at all it’s a waist of life. Waist of time, Also they will empty your bank account.

Not good service among clinics. 1. The doctor checked me for only a minute. Did not even listen to my explanations. 2. He referred me to have ultrasound that cost 1,700. 3. When the ultrasound was finished, the doctor already went home. 4. But guess what, he had a prescription though he didn't really check me! That's corporatism for you! I really regret it!

We are not happy with our "Father" experience with this hospital. Yesterday around 4am they brought our father due to unknown pain "Masakit ang tyan at hindi makagalaw" and it was suspected appendicitis, they admit and administer pain reliever through his dextrose. Around 7-8am I called my mother to see any progress and initial finding considering that it is a private hospital and all the laboratory are in placed but I was dis-appointed that there is no yet result for the blood test and reading on the x-ray. I ask the duty nurse of the possible time that the physician and the medtech attend the necessary attention but there is no duty medtech to do the lab and because Sunday "daw" walang doctor at walang mga health personnel to do the necessary actions. My father is IN-PAIN and there is NO concrete or assurance from the hospital when will be. We decided to transfer our father to another hospital and we are worry if it is true appendicitis and it will rupture and it past 6 hours that time. We do the things and facilitate the transfer, we talk to City of Cauayan Rescue 922 and it all settled and ready for travel, the Garcia hospital has this "Delaying tactics" they said that it will be the same scenario because its sunday and it seems they dont want to release the patients "In the Health conduct, the patients has the RIGHT to choose facility and medical attention if he/she did not happy on the treatment currently receive on that hospitals". it took more than an hour to settled the bills and papers "ang pagong ng kalakaran at wala atang silbi na PREBADO ito at mamamatay din ang pasyente" at biglang mayroon na ang blood test result nung ililipat na ang pasyente at ang daming taong kailangan kausapin. PERA ang habol ata at hindi serbisyo sa tao. When our father arrived sound and safely to the Adventist Sanitarium Hospital (ASH) through the help of Rescue 922 City of Cauayan, they accommodate immediately and do the other test right after and give us the initial finding and what we need to do. We are happy to the service they served. It is truly life saving at hindi life wasting. During the oat taking of our friend in medical and health lines, they promise to served and save lives, served humanity and with fairness. but it seems it faded and forget. Pakiusap naman po, treat equally ang mga pasyente "May PERA man o wala, they need to treat rightly". I want to send open letter to this hospital and inform the DOH regarding this matter.
