SM Cinema Cauayan

Comfort rooms are so far apart and so few. At night, after watching the last full show, I parked at the roof deck parking lot but all elevators are shut off already. Whats worst is, We tried using the stairs going up to the parking lot but the FIRE EXIT where the stairs led us is locked from the outside. I was forced to go back down, find a security guard and ask for directions to my car. Thank God there was no fire at that time.

The cinema experience is good. but for not letting me to bring my fries catsup inside is worse. I know some of the people wipe their fingers in the seats but please think of a better solution.

Please change the big screen. And please install dolby soundor atmos sound

Good place for watching movies same as family malling within the area.

Added reserved seating as a new feature. I am well pleased with my viewing experience although I wish there were more options on what to eat and drink
