Disappointed. Poor customer service. We had shipment with this branch for Door to door delivery, but when I checked the tracking, the status of the package was for "pick up at branch". I raised too many complaints but no action from LBC. In the end, the consignee got the package by himself at the LBC branch. LBC should refund the Shipping fee since they were not able to deliver the exact service we have paid for.

My package arrived already last july 17 but until now lbc did not deliver it to our house. How come??i thought you guys deliver the packages door to door!i was waiting for this package since last week!

Been calling them from their contact number they had displayed in their website but they are not picking up my calls tho its still a working hours.been trying to reach them it regards to my package delivery.

It was a good Establishment back then but now, the smell is bad, it has air-conditioning but not that cold and the chair's broken but dem service is Good. #LetsGuide
