The only government owned commercial bank established in Tacurong this date.

Their security guard are nice and polite. They willingly help with a smile to those who dont know how to use machines. However the bank staff in the new account is a bit offensive when you asked something that you aren't sure with (reffering to the older lady) maybe she's just stressed out for an early client.(10am was too early for a stress at work though)

June 22, 2018, i claimed my Easy savings passbook, though actually just yesterday June 21, 2018 early in the afternoon ako nag apply but considering hindi naman busy ang branch sadly di ko nakuha just that exact day. Software or something about processing problems occurred, so ok na ipa bukas na lang..so this day busy na..well kahit busy man kung it’s all about releasing FRANKLY! Kelangan lahat ng releasing accountabilities must To be!very Clearly verified..ehh kaso saken kung wala pa akong basis either yung Passbook ko ma who-WHO YOU pa!!Parang nagka passbook lng ako dahil May na incode ako,pero walang ownership na masasabi (i’m speaking of signature over the passbook,Yung tipong kelangan pa ng censors para makita). Sorry not sorry..pero for TWO TIMES ako nag pabalik2x sa counter to CLEARLY CHECK dun sa pirmang yun..then the seal verification or something.. Ewan ko kung saan ang Mali, pero kung wala siguro yung mama ko dun..for sure hindi ko alam na mag kaka problema pa ako in the near future over this small things..I repeat small things pero considering na important details pa rin ito sa passbook ko. Perhaps I could state this as unpleasant and unexceptional excuses. You’re open for reviews So here’s mine... Remember I am also your Client. Nag open ako ng account not for the title so expect na May darating pa yan not now but pretty soon..and I am not after for disappointments.

😭No ADM outside for weekends and holidays urgent money transfer. STAFF are not smiling. A bit rude...only door guards are polite.🤭

Guards imposed good bank rules , that's a +, good job guys
