Poor service, no menu option for the free breakfast. No reservation logger. I reserve 2 days prior my check-in and was confirmed, upon arrival the rooms are fully occupied

A little improvement of some amenities would be nice. Very hospitable staff.

OMG walang water connection! Just now almost an hour na wala pa din tubig. Very disappointed🙁

Clean rooms foam mattress friendly and efficient staff. Wifi problem same as all Isabella cities
