You just need to get your timing right. Mornings seem the best time to withdraw. Always double check with the bank staff on when cash will be reloaded. Went in the morning and had no troubles withdrawing cash using my visa.

Used it once successfully. But on a holiday it didn’t work and ATM claimed that I withdraw money but I didn’t! Called to the bank and a worker offered to wait 2 more days, come to bank and make a claim to receive my money. My flight was the next day so there was no way to do that. I guess I lost $500 🙀

IT DOESN'T ACCEPT MASTER CARD'S!!! it shows on the ATM that it takes master cards but it DOESN'T. No problems with VISA. If you have a master card, you have to go on neighboring town called Dapa(16km away). Thre are one ATM that works with master card. It's Philippines national bank ATM only.
