I left the laundry in the afternoon and could find it the next day at 5 p.m. It was faster than other shops. The laundry was clean. But the clerk was not nice.

Brought it there at 12noon. Told us to pick up 5pm next day. Shop has been closed since. No idea how to get in touch. Btw: there is NO free pick up or delivery!! Apparently “it’s an old sign”

Left my laundry 3 days ago and it’s been closed every time I’ve come back to pick it up. Hop next door says they haven’t seen them. There was another guy here looking to pick up who has a flight in the morning. DO NOT USE

Terrible service! I have been traveling Southeast Asia for 3 months and never have I seen such a horrible place to do your laundry. My laundry was 3 days late, leaving me with dirty underwear. When they told me to come the next day at 9:00am, there was no one there when I came, I found out that they open at 10:00am. Nonetheless when I finally got my clothes back, they didn’t have the courtesy to even say sorry about the delay. Finally, they argued for 1 peso, no kidding, and tried to say they don’t have change even though I saw it in front of my eyes. Only pointing at it made them confess. I’d rather wash my clothes in a bucket before coming back to this place. Stay away!!!

Worst place to do the laundry. Brought ours at 10am and they tould us we could pick it ip the next day at 7pm. We told them to dont put anything in the dryer, they said it was oke. When we got there it wasnt ready yet so we came back at 8. She took our receipt and went away for 15 minutes. Meanwhile 4 or 5 persons came to pick up theirs, but all of it wasnt ready. When she came back she told us to join here to the washing machines and our clothes werent even washed yet. When we told them we were leaving the next morning one of the all of a sudden gave us a really bad attitude, threw our clothes on the floor and started washing it by hand. When we asked the other staff members what was going on, they turned their backs on us and ignored us. Since we had to leave the next day we told them we were not paying for such bad service. They said they wouldnt wash our clothes anymore and we took the wet clothes with us. Absolutely one of the worst experiences while traveling.
