Rooms is great and comfortable but inconsistent room assignments. One of the male receptionist bad mouthed our team because of one towel was “lost”. Our departure to the seminar delayed for almost 20mins. Customer service needs improvement. Sept. 9, 2019

The place was good. The location was kind of weird for me. I did not expect to see a hotel in the middle of a residential area. Although Ihad some problems with the facilities. Me and my relatives stayed at third floor but there is no elevator, the lock in our comfort room was not functioning and their shower needs repair. But overall I enjoyed my stay there.
