NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. Not everything on their website are available, in fact the product I ordered has long heen phased out. Such a scam. They processed a different product to be delivered WITHOUT my approval. Customer service is of no help. They wouldn't give me a refund for their mistake. BIG MISTAKE TO ORDER FROM THEM.

Very beautiful flowers and amazing staff. Was looking for a company that could deliver to my girlfriend for me when I am out of the country and these guys done the job perfectly. The flowers I ordered were just like the picture and arrived on time. The customer service I received was really good, very helpful staff and I will definitely be using this service again.

Worst service ever , the balloon of the valantines gift I sent there was no air, and wrapping was horrible all dump in one bag and Curriered , even when I complained about it they didn't try to fix it even afterwards. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, don't waste your money .

I did ordered flower and cake for my mum. The cake was good and was the same as i ordered. But the flowers, I ordered 12 Muticolor Roses Bouquet with Seasonal Flower #7 but my mum got all red roses. The presentation of the flowers is good but I felt that I didn't get what I paid for. Plus they do have extra charge for the delivery if the place is too far which they didn't state when I inquire to them. I only learn about the extra fee the day the flowers and cake needed to be delivered and the items where delivered late afternoon. At least, it's still my mum's birthday when it arrived.
