CMC Record House

Month of October is the earliest Off-Season of Nickel mining and month of April is the latest for Peak-Season. During Off-Season like this month, it is very minimal advice or line-up that we can proceed because of the rain. During Peak-Season task are enough to feel you tired at the end of the shift. Record House plays an important function for the cycle of business. There are few key personnel that are responsible for the operations. Radio Operator - his/her task is to receive/reply calls from Mother Vessel, LCT, Tag Boat, Fuel Tanker, Post-1, Lead_man, Supervisor or any other Department of the Company that has an information, questions, relating especially to Barge Loading. To record all Radio traffic in connection to the movement of the aforementioned Vessels within 2 Kilometer coverage with time. To keep the Drivers' and Operators' ID in exchange for the Key of the unit where they drive or operate. To return the ID before end of shift. To turn over the gathered record for the following shift. Coordinator - his/her task is to record all loaded Dump Truck for Barge Loading from Ramp#1 to #5. To keep in touch with Barge loading Sample House Recorder and to inform each other if they were coincide. To gather all record and to turn over for the following shift. Encoder - To sort Utilization Report and MDR .To encode it into the Computer. To turn over your output to your Supervisor and to following shift.

Most of the times there are Three Departments that occupies at CMC Record House. There is Security, Production and Grade Control Department. Security is for securing the property of the Company. For Production and Grade Control, this place is the Pep Talk area during turn over, line-up area for all equipments during Barge Loading; line-up for Checkers, SH Recorder, SH Sampler, SH Helper. Usually a place for turn over, Storing area for Sample House consumables. For Production...Ship Loading Supervisor, Ship Loading Leadman, Benificiation Leadman, Radio Operator, Ship Loading Coordinator, Encoder and Utility are their key Personnel. For Grade Control...Barge Loading and Sample House Supervisors', Barge Loading Leadman, GC Monitoring, Encoder and Utility are their key Personnel.
