This Place is owned and managed by Mr. Agustin Paragamac and Mrs. Leonisa Pasco. The couple has Two residence, One is here and the other One is located at Sitio Maytubig. There is no signal of any cellular phone here, even also in Paragamac Falls. It is accessible here of any small boat to dock on beach during HABAGAT or these months, MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SETEMBER and OCTOBER. Inaccessible for the rest of the months or during AMIHAN because of its Big and devastating Wave. For those who are Husband to be or Wife to be, this place might be perfect for your Pre-Nup shoot. Very wide area, you can smell the breeze of the Pacific Sea and very Peaceful. You can stay here for how many days as long as you have the foods. Just bring your own Tent, and pay Three Hundred Pesos only (Php300.00) for the venue where you can fold and unfold your Tent. They have no permit to sell but for those who forgot to buy spices such as Garlic, Soft drinks such as Coke, Sprite and Royal. Junk foods and biscuits, then you can buy to them. You can rent also a life buoy for Fifty Pesos only (Php50.00).
