MAYATOY RIVER AND FALLS

I love this place because it is naturally deep and wide place for you to swim. There is a Rock formation that you can climb up and then from top you may jump, dive, back flip, front flip into the water. It has an estimated wide of about One Hundred Sixty Two point Eighty Three Square Meters (162.83m²) [base on maps ruler apps] or somehow we think an area of One Forth (1/4) the area of a Basketball Court and estimated depth of about Five (5) to Six (6) Meters or almost as high as a Two Storey Building which has Ten (10) Feet per Storey. This place is owned by Barangay Boa Captain Divine E. Eupeña as inhereted to his Father and her whole Family but entrusted to managed by Barangay Boa Council. Number One Rule here is not to create Fire, strictly no Foods and Drinks are allowed. All Foods and Drinks should be done and consumed at El Kapitan Leisure Farm. Old trail of Illegal loggers (before) and Firewood seekers that has access to this place are forbidden to course by the Barangay Boa. The only way tho reach this point should be at El Kapitan Leisure Farm. You will pay an Entrance Fee of Five Pesos only (Php5.00) per Person and Parking Fee of Ten Pesos only (Php10.00) per Vehicle or Motorcycle. You must sign-in to their logbook. The sum of revenue per year will be the fund for developing its path way from Barangay proper via El Kapitan Leisure Farm to Mayatoy River and Falls. It is duty of the Barangay Boa to keep you reminded that, please be careful on stepping the wet Rock in the River because it is slippery. Captain Eupeña said that if Covid-19 lifted in the neigboring Provinces or if the Local Government of the Dinagat Islands Province issued that trainings /seminars for Tourist Guide are allowed then they will sponsor to conduct. Their target are those who were umemployed out of school youth and drug surrenderers so that their thinking change/diverted and be busy for earning money.
