The place is simple and nice. Staff are very accomodating and well mannered. To accomodate more clients, place should consider extension or renovation with AC conference room :)

I'll give for stars for the staffs, especially nanay na super accommodating and masarap magluto ng breakfast. Nagrequest kami ng tuyo and she granted it. She also cleaned our room without additional cost. The hotel is actually a low-star hotel and a budget hotel. This is ideal for a short stay or even long stay for those who are not really particular with amenities. We have a special discount during our stay. They gave the family room for a very low price. Overall this is better than those in Manila. Staffs are very kind and generous. P.S: Nakalimutan ko pala picturan yung room HAHAHAHA. Pero pwede naman na siya.
