Queue numbers and forms are given as early as 6.30 in the morning and they accommodate you inside while waiting for their opening hours (8am). I also tried going one time 10mins before 4pm and did not wait that long (basta no problem sa papers). Always bring pen and valid I.D.

The process was smooth. We arrived there at exactly 8am and we were at 34,35,36. Lots of people but they were organize and fast. The staffs were respectful. The security guard was helpful too. Kudos!

The service is great and organized.

Fast, organised and courteous service, but you have to get in early. Follow posted instructions. If documents have no corrections, 30 minutes Documents with corrections, 2 hours max stated.

Queque is a bit slow compared with the system before... And could u please check the number of copies requested... A bit hassle to wait and go back to line to request for another copies again... Instead of one transaction only...
