The staff were kind and polite, but the overall view of the room was not good. I got the Senor room good for 2 pax. for 1,464(overnight) however, as I look around into the room, these were my observations: 1. the floorings in the cr were so dirty in the sense that they do not scrub the tiles already. 2. The flush of the toilet was not functional 100% 3. There was a low pressure of the water for shower. So it will take you a couple of minutes to finish taking a bath 4. The wifi connection was so weak in the 2nd floor 5. The cable tv was not clear , you'll not enjoy watching.

Luckily I was booked to their new rooms. Enjoyed the accomodation, food is great, front desk is awesome.. Will definitely return to this hotel ❤.

Great aesthetics and such. However, our room had no fridge, lights were only of one option, and the air-conditioning broke down almost every night. Staff was very accommodating.
