After a horrible night stay at the Davidson Hotel, I transferred to the M hotel. I am volunteering in Dananao however got sick and came to town to relax. The Davidson was dirty and smelled bad, no cell service or wifi, and the kitchen forgot to make my breakfast! After 40 minutes of waiting I said never mind. Checked out and got a ride to the M hotel. I was in a very bad mood, just wanted to get some rest and there I was greeted by Jocelyn and the receptionist. Jocelyn was quick to have a room made up for me and invited me to sit down for coffee while I waited. I sat and talked with her and her husband for a little while, and they are a lovely couple! They are here to spruce up the place, and that is exactly what they are doing! The hotel is clean and beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the food is delicious! I really felt at home all day. Jocelyn knew I was under the weather so she was very accommodating to make sure I was comfortable & even helped me plan my trip back to Dananao. I also received a complimentary Maiz con heilo (or halo- halo) which was my first time trying and I fell in love! & to top it all off, mike the security guard gave me a ride to Dananao the next day! I cant wait to come back and stay! Definitely recommend to every traveler! They have double rooms, suite style family rooms & dorms if you’re looking for cheap rooms! Thank you sooo much Mike and Jocelyn!!! It has been a wonderful stay!
