Henry is an amazing host. I stayed here with family and Henry and his family are very accommodating. Outstanding service! Right on the beach. I highly recommend Jay Henry's Transient House for your vacation stay in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.

Place is decent enough, I think a bang for your buck. But the owner of the transient house especially Chariz made our experience more pleasant. She assisted us in everything we needed while I was preparing our food. Henry was also accommodating. We will definitely consider coming back here.

nice place to stay in pagudpud pet friendly also the only drawback is the wifi but it is understandable because of the location other than that it is a great transient house for the family and it is affordable also

Place was not as big as advertised (it said good for 12) too cramped even for a 10 person group. The place was just one room cramped with 3 double decks. Room was at least clean, the outside environment not so much. There was only one private bath (place was advertised as having 2 private bathrooms) the other one was public and outside the room. The owner even placed his stuff in the other bathroom when we were gone. Cannot connect to the internent. Owner reasoned out that it was limited and we might have used it all up even when none of us were able to connect to it. Use of rice cooker and gas stove (for cooking) has additional payment each. Owner was nice though.

Friendly owner,clean room,good for a group of people! Fantastic view of the sea ,and affordable price! But you must rent a towel becoz it's not including to ur room,
