Reasonably priced budget hotel with restaurant that serves good food

So DELICIOUS food and great service. The manager of the restaurant is so handsome like Cha Eun woo...... promise.....

Its ok but please make the miki noodles al dente. The one I ate today is overcooked. You could also sprinkle some salt to your fries cause its kinda boring. Pulutan like sisig and crispy bagis should always be available at all times especially at night cause that's what people likes. The service is fast tho and foods are affordable.

Second time here at Ilocos Norte, same place where we stayed. The staff and the owner of Milnard's is so accommodating and they are so kind, the place is nice and recommended for everyone who wants to visit Pagudpud.
