Not bad and average but there are a lot of bnb to choose elsewhere so it is upto a visitors standard where to go and where to stay.

Plaza del Norte Hotel and Convention Center is located at Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. It offers 96 exquisitely designed rooms, all of which have air-conditioning system, cable TV, private toilet and bath, phone and coffee/tea maker. Some of its amenities include high-speed Internet access, swimming pool, and restaurant, bar and café. While staying here, you can visit some interesting places like Sinking Bell Tower, Cape Bojeador Lighthouse, and Malacanang of the North.

It was not recommended to stay here. The room had many insects. The water pressure in the shower room was very inferior. Electricity and WiFi were also very poor. There are no any electricity in the room when we(28 people) just finished check-in. The air condition was also bad. This was first time that the worst hotel I have been stay.

Avoid this place. I am a local and we came here to eat and swim. The pool is dirty and full of dead crickets and insects. We had to request for the maintenance twice since they seem to care less about the cleanliness of their amenities. When they decide to clean it we were almost done. Overall the place is not being maintained well. Service is poor. Trust me, if you are a tourist, there are a lot of resorts that can do better than this.
