This place is good and they have equipments you need and might never see from any other gym in the city. I don't know about everybody but, the weights here are measured in Kgs and for me, that's a good thing. (For people who use lbs for their preference, sorry but you'll have to convert). This is also a good place to go since they're open 7 days a week and I'd say the best time to workout is during 10AM or 4PM. If you plan on working out and have 100 pesos in your pocket, you can do it in MetroFlex and you'd still have change for some kwek-kwek.
