Wish my family read the reviews before taking my Dad there. 1) it’s a business not a hospital 2) one-week to get Cat scan results only to find out the machine was out of order 3) misdiagnosed Dad to have “APPENDICITIS” turns out to be a hole in the intestine and sepsis 4) the owner/doctor convinced my mom to give permission for a procedure that he knew was very high risk 5) my Dad never woke up from the procedure 6) the hospital made 600,000 pesos with pages of erroneous charges from pharmacy to the cotton balls (by the way the nurses do not use gloves nor sanitize their hands. We had to buy our own gloves and masks. 7) not one doctor showed up to offer their condolences 8) if you want to DIE I highly recommend this establishment (that is definitely NOt as “hospital.

This is my opinion and experience. My mom was Hospitalized here, she was in the ACU,I would say the hygiene was so poor, because they dont provide disposable gown to use for the visitors, instead re using the gown from one after another visitor. plus if you said ACU, it should be a one cubicle for each patient. Here it is visible to the patient what was going on to the other bed, making the patient so uncomfortable. Second issue, they keep her in the ACU eventhough it wasnt needed anymore. The bill doesnt reflect the service, very poor. Compare abroad, they will send you home right after they knew you are ok. Here they will keep saying will observe her more, but the bill keep going.However, they have a friendly Nurses and Doctor Pacis is excellent in updating mom after hospitalized. So if you are not ready to pay a huge bill try to stay healthy or try to go to public. This is a profitable hospital that they will keep u untill they knew u can pay. P.s at first my husband was impressed that we found this hospital with good facilities, but in the end he got disgusted for the reason of keeping mom even not necessary to stay in the hospital or ACU The second time that mom was hospitalized, they kept her again in ACU because she had a history of stroke plus they would like to insert intubator. It so ridiculous, I said no.but they insist the NGT that is not really needed, she is talking and able to eat and I Dont understand why they have to do this. They were saying just for precaution just for OD they keep her 3 days in ACU. Just for observation.

This is a private hospital so it comes with a price, for those who cant spend, there is also a charity Service for the less fortunate. Just dont stay in the suite room .. entiendes? 😅😅😅

The hospital are more on profit and charges than taking care of patients, Their ICU are really poor quality, there is no apparatus except cardia monitor. This hospital don have even a telephone system, they use cellphone and texting to communicate with doctors. Their charges are hilarious in nature, their charges are compare to big hospital in Manila like Makati Med or St. Lukes Hospital. If the patient survive, the relative will be dead just for the hospital bill.
