I appreciated the place, particularly the books that was written and read by President Marcos and how he applied it to the development of our country.

Used to be a lavish mansion/office of the Marcos family turned into museum. Place has a nice view of the Paoay lake especially from the balcony on the second floor. Lower area showcases the office of the president and dioramas of various projects during the Marcos regime. They have a nice and clean restroom so the entrance fee of 30 pesos is fair enough.

Vacation house of former President Ferdinand Marcos. A little bit off to the national hiway but still accessible by a vehicle. Roads leading to the mansion is cemented and well maintained. Parking space is rough but ongoing construction is seen. Comfort room is wide and well maintained. Areas that needs improvement: Parking and store location.

The place is so serene and well maintained. We went there on a weekday so the area is practically empty. They allow picture taking everywhere. There are carinderias outside that serve authentic Ilokano dishes. The staff are courteous and helpful.

Malacañang of the North used to be the office of once great dictator of the Philippines. Most of his works are presented well in this place. The balcony has a nice scenery where you can take good pictures. There is an entrance fee and I don’t recommend the foods outside this place.
