Ricarte National Shrine is one of the best go tos in the town of Batac where many of our heroes and political figures came from. Built for Gen. Artemio Ricarte who served as country's first chief of staff during the Philippine revolution. You'll get to see more of his life from photos and artifacts collected from his survived family. Our admission was for free.
