Cape Bojeador Lighthouse

You should have a safe pass for easier contact tracing. If not, you can fill up or if you don't have, they let you scan a qr sor you can make your own safe pass. Then entrance fee/environmental fee for 10.00. And you can enjoy the breathtaking view from the lighthouse 🙂

Cape Bojeador lighthouse is the most accessible of all the lighthouses in the island of Luzon. Access to the lighthouse is through a two-lane narrow concrete road that starts from the Maharlika Highway in Brgy. Paayas, Burgos, about 40 km. north from Laoag City, capital of Ilocos Norte. After passing Paayas, a sign on the right side of the highway indicates the winding road that leads to the base of the lighthouse. At the parking lot, visitors climb a flight of concrete stairs to the perimeter wall which offers a good view of Cape Bojeador and South China Sea and enter the courtyard.

Location is in the top of the mountain which gives you a better view of Burgos Ilocos Norte and its surrounding area. Some old relics or items can be found here as well connected to the lighthouse. My suggestion is to maximize the rooms and put more historical details or items in the area to make the time of each tourist traveler worth the effort since it is a bit far from the center of the City.

Nice place to see beach in overview... Good to visit in early morning at the time of sunrise and sunset....u can spend maximum 2-3hrs there....that's more enough and enjoyable
