I ordered on line. When my order arrived, someone from lbc texted that my order has arrived. I texted back, asking whether I should pick it up at their office. I received no reply. Since it was only an unregistered number that texted me, I assumed it was wrong sent. After few days, my Son sent me money. When I went to claim the money, I showed them the text message from a number. They said, it was them but they sent back my order. It was so unproffessional for them to do such. It's supposed to be door to door. They did nothing to deliver my package.
