Dear Fresh Salon, I am a customer in one of your salon, specifically in Ilocos Norte. I am writing this not to complain but to help you improve your services. I recently availed the eyelash perming service of your salon, seeking some peace and quiet. I was assited to the room to be preped and 3 of the employees of the salon came with. To my surprise when I’m ready for my perming the 3 girls started gossiping, I didn’t mind really, cause as a fellow woman I also need my daily dose of women talk. Then two of ladies started to play Mobile Legends with all the mighty sounds from phone. There goes my peace and quiet, shouting, cursing and Dios ko po tawanan to the max. I didn’t feel like a customer anymore, I felt like one of the employees in the pantry. My point is, I am not opposed with a little bonding with the employees themselves but please, the management needs to draw a line, that is a bit too much. So please, train your employees to be more aware of the customers, and for them to be more considerate. Thank you for letting me share my experince and have a nice day.
