They are unprofessional. They already pick up the parcel and in few hours called me to tell me that they don't ship uprooted plants anymore. The thing is they never informed us in advance and just want to just return the parcel. Their sorters are not even skilled. They send the parcel to someone else and never double check the name. And now they don't even call to settle and it seems that they are avoiding me because the one I'm contacting was now unattended. How unprofessional and irresponsible they are. Poor management.

I have 3 parcel that was been returned to the seller.. And J&T Express always reasoning. That they can't contact me the heck!! All this time when they where sending message that the parcel is on its ways. Ive been waiting for calls and text and then. They said im out of coverage the heck!!!! 😡

J&T Courier twice advised me to deliver the shipment but did not come, 2 days in a row, - ref TR930069074104, such a waste of time waiting for the courier when there are other work to attend to.
