You have to accept the fact that you guys weren't doing your job properly. First, you have to put some shades to your lanes. Second, too slow in updating and opening the account. Third, you have to make it fast during transactions. #bdoworstbranch

The window teller was incompetent with my simple transaction. The front counter manager was not only incompetent but ignorant to helping resolve my simple transaction. The more the manger spoke the ruder and unwilling to help. She embarrassed her self. Considering changing to a different bank.
