A few years back, their pizza shop was the best in town, in terms of toppings and service. Now they have the worst service and food preparations, maybe because of their (new) staff's attitude, especially from the counter area, the crew won't greet at all to the customer, they will just answer u with a smirk or couldn't beam a smile, often never. They can't even attend to customer nicely. I almost forgot, other ingredients is not cooked even the pizza is hot maybe they forgot to add to the pie before putting it to oven, ican't even taste the cheese now. And pls. Refrain from texting or browsing while on duty and if theres a customer at the counter. Pizza world Malasiqui, you should screen thoroughly the character of your staff and train them to the highest level possible. This is Just a friendly reminder from your regular customer. 😁
