Funky Quarters

Very good customer service. They responded quickly to my online inquiries. Rooms are well-kept. Clean sheets/towels and comfortable bed. Cold AC. Nice rooftop bar with good music. Short walk from the beach/restaurants/bars. My only gripe is how the sound from other rooms echoes throughout. If guests in the shared rooms are loud at night, you'll likely hear them in the private room.

We stayed in the private room for two and enjoyed good service from the staff at the reception and the restaurant/bar upstairs. Interiors and styling were well thought of. Love how the small space was maximized without sacrificing function and comfort. Mattresses, bed linen, and pillows are of excellent hotel quality. The shower has working heater, toilet seat is an automated Japanese toilet, toiletries are branded. The space did not feel cramped for a traveler like me. Free breakfast (sarap ng crepe) and welcome cocktails (5-min drink) were also exceptional! The only quirk during our stay was the occasional noise from nearby pubs and passing jeepneys, trikes, buses, which you can hear inside the room. Maybe ear plugs can be provided to help guests sleep better. Overall, would still recommend this place. Great experience and great hospitality!

This is by all means not a tito and tita bar but for those who just want to have a good time, great beats, amazing drinks without all the fuss - this is for you. I had a great time and would come back for more.
