Nice and relaxing place

The place is nice even though it is a little bit dusty around. They have 2 function hall. 1 on ground floor and 1 in the third floor. Each One can accomodate 100-200 with 2 Aircon. And 1 small waiting area outside.

I have been traveling to the Philippines for 5 years and unfortunately I have to say that this is the worst hotel I have stayed at. Really dirty hotel. Spiders and cobwebs everywhere in the room. Breakfast you can not choose. three times out of five becon and rice was served cold. No help for moving the suitcase from the stairs. No elevator. I do not recommend it .

No complimentary breakfast been served just because we were booked under Agoda, isn't it however you were booked the services or amenities of the hotel should still be same? Why does it varies? So does that mean if you are booked online you will not get great service? Isnt it arrangements between online booking company and the hotel should not affect the rates and its services??? Please enlighten me if im wrong...
