Your tag line is DECEIVING!! We've been here twice and both experiences were awful. The money we spent-- not worth it. First, their customer service sucks. Very unfriendly; they don't smile at you; I asked for a towel, and the guy said, "it's all wet and nothing is available." then he frowned and walked away leaving me with a total disappointment. There are no rugs to clean the dirt of our shoes. And the floor has not been cleaned thoroughly! There were strands of hair on the tiled floor. NO BLANKET, AND NO TOWEL!!!! The bathroom is so disgusting! The mirror, ugh! you can't even see your own reflection due to the dust and the dirt. The faucet's rusty, the the toilet bowl- from being ceramic white to CERAMIC BROWN. The shower is.. I don't know! Only a few holes of the shower head squirts water and the metal grip that holds it is so much BROKEN so you"ll have to hold it's hose during your entire shower. The second time, we were renting room number 5, the shower, as well as the faucet is pouring water that is colored - slight mud brown. WHERE THE **** DID THAT COME FROM???? I went back and forth to find the guy and he's nowhere to be found! So we never had shower nor brushed our teeth. We just wasted money. I don't recommend this place to anyone and WE WILL NEVER GO BACK IN STAYING IN THIS PROPERTY!!!

Definitely no frills! Pleasant enough if you're on a budget and want a good nights sleep. Bathroom was really nice and clean, so was the bedroom.

Been here twice, it is good value for your money. Rooms are clean and the garden outside is great. Keep it up guys!
