Affordable fun for my 2-yr old. You get 26 tokens for 100php. The rides for toddlers cost 1-2 tokens. She had a blast. Some of thr rides weren't working though. It was pretty crowded when we went there so my mom had to step out and get some air. An elevator leads to the 3rd floor and there are no steps between the elevator and the arcade.
