They will get your whole reservation fee if you change your mind in buying their units. NO REFUNDS. I am aware of their policy and it was our fault, but P20,000 for a reservation fee that we cancelled before 1 week is just too much. I am pleading for them to consider refunding even just a small amount but they just reminded me of their policy and the amount was already deposited to their bank. I even told their manager (Sir Joel) that any amount returned will be helpful to us because we need that capital for our business and we are raising a PWD child. Sir Joel just stopped replying. No considerations. We went to other car dealers and their reservation fees are just P15,000 or less and if you happen to change your mind they generally will refund at least half of what you deposited. Hope this serves as a warning to all prospective buyers looking to purchase their cars here and putting up a reservation fee.
