Would like to commend our Mayor Marcy Teodora and the rest of Marikina City Hall staff. Paying Real Estate Taxes is so smooth and systematic, there is a waiting but proper seats are provided, people knows where to go since there is a staff guiding us. Not hot since there is proper fan and ventilation and where in Philippines have you seen they provide water and biscuits while waiting. I was able to compare other City, richer than Marikina City, it is way way far how orderly the Marikina.
