Unapproachable and judgemental staff. Went last year and experienced rude staff at the counter, same thing happened this year. Be cautious as they are likely not going to be polite, if you are unlucky enough.

Dont buy your medicines here if you will need the sales invoice for reimbursement. We went back to this branch several times to exchange the receipt for the sales invoice but they always said that the ordered sales invoice had not arrived yet. Very inconvenient! What if you spend too much on buying medicine at their branch like you spent 3k and then you need the sales invoice because their printed official receipt is deleted and that is also what your company requires. Very inconsiderate!
