Confined here for 5 days and 4 nights for blood transfusion. The staff here are very nice, accommodating, respectful and friendly. The private room I used was good though there are some cockroaches (I dont mind hindi naman ako maarte). A bit expensive but still cheaper as compared to other hospitals around the East.

Maybe I should have read the reviews before bringing my friend here. For a private hospital it's very dirty. There is black. Soot almost everywhere. They lack enough staff to adequately treat patients. They have custodial staff help moving patients from stretcher to bed. Roaches all over the places. They demanded deposit before treatment and after nearly 2 weeks and several hundred thousand pesos. We were 9k short and asked for a promissory note. They refused stating that they are a private hospital. I guess someone didn't read the DOH laws that was passedby senate. They are always sending patients to Amang Rodriguez. So if at all possible avoid this place.

If you really care about your sick loved ones then don't bring them to this hospital. Facilities and equipment are below the usual standards anyone would expect from a private hospital. It's even understaffed.

The staff are incompetent sad to say. I rushed my son to their ER because he had minor burns on his back. They took their time. They did not offer any first aid until i got mad at the nurses for not offering any help or assistance. It took them ONE HOUR before applying a burn ointment. I could have bought the ointment myself and applied to it in under 20mins. So disappointed!!!! I was advised we can go home but my sister (who is an anesthesiologist) said that I can choose to confine my son overnight just so he can receive iv for pain. The next day, my son vomited because of the medicine (w/c the doctor said would be the normal side effect) and after 4 hours of waiting for a janitor to clean the floor in our room, nobody came. We already checked out. The doctor said this was because there were GMA crew and artists filming inside the hospital. So sad!!

The hospital itself is not maintained at all. Roaches walking all over the wall at night. The water supply for the patient everytime meal is served. The meal is a disaster aside that it's tasteless, it's cold as ice and the presentation is like better off buying food in a public cafeteria. Their microwave stinks and rusty. They don't even have a supplied mineral water just like any other hospitals. The beddings are unsanitized such as there are still blood stains which not to mention their gowns has blood stains, worned, and limited stocks to none. You can see the hospital facility junks in some corners. The main elevator is broken so you have to use the back door elevator that is usually being used for collecting trashes.comfort rooms are not well cleaned. Bery disappointing. I just want to give kuddos to the nurses though. They are caring, courteous and prompt. Bery very disappointing. And oh by the way, they cost more than Metro Antipolo Medical Center.
