WORST PRIVATE HOSPITAL WE EVER HAD!!! Emergency results takes forever to be interpreted. They want you to be admitted first while waiting for the long process of releasing results. Doctors do not do the rounds every day. Sometimes it takes more than 2 days before your patient got checked. They are just calling the nurses for their directions. Even the simple roll of tissue in the room is not provided. We only got 1 from the starter kit upon admission and that's it. You have to buy on your own on the next one if you need. Calling the hospital is also inconvenient. Call is being on hold forever. I tried to be patient waiting which took me almost 2 hours on hold and no success. Not sure what the operator is doing for that long if transferring of calls is just what he/she needs to do. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE STRESSED!!

Updated rooms and medical equipment, great doctors, competent and compassionate medical staff, friendly employees. This healthcare facility is your best choice.

The doctor in the ER is rude and doesn't have sense of urgency. He shouted to the patient's companion "Ba't ka nagagalit!! Wag mo kong sigawan!!" while it's clear that the situation is an emergency!!!! You can't blame the companion!!!

I have been calling their trunk line number but I guess the operator is very very busy attending to whatever it is. It’s taking me centuries to get connected but to no avail. I hope and pray that the directors or who ever is in charge will do something about this. This is supposed to be a hospital where there ar emergencies and what else do you usually expect in a hospital. Thanks but no thanks.
