A good place to rest if you're tired roaming around the Mall. WiFi is free. But a Little slow. You can have free Coffee, tea or water. But outside food cannot be consumed Inside the lounge. SM prestige card holders and BDO Diamond card holders can enjoy the services offered of Prestige Lounge.

Good ambiance. Very clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Strong wifi connection. Free drinks (e.g. coffee, iced tea, hot tea, water, etc.). Not overcrowded.

Quiet on early weekday afternoons. Becomes a daycare place and gets crowded with loud kids and babies by 5PM. Friendly and courteous staff.
