The guards and most of the staff were very accommodating and they guided me and helped me with my transactions. But the lone staff assigned for new business registration was not very helpful. I had some question regarding the requirements for registration but she won't answer clearly and before I could even understand the answer she would face her phone and act busy. Another thing is she should be considerate when talking. I did not hear her properly due to mask and screen in front of her and so I asked her to repeat some instructions. She got irritated when I did that. Thankfully, the other staff, the cashier including the guard, helped me in between with how to proceed with my transaction.

This publicoffice is organized and syatematized. The staffs, clerks and gurads were accomodating and pleasant. The area is well lighted and ventilated.
