Centrally located within the UPLB Campus, and most everything is within walking distance. Facility is old yet cozy and well maintained, common areas and rooms are clean. Airconditioners and television units are updated, and hot water is available in the shower. Deluxe rooms come with a room ref and a safe for your valuables. There is ample closet space (complete with hangers), and room size comfortably fits 2 persons. Breakfast comes with the room, and you can enjoy your eggs and meat for the day with rice or bread. Instant oatmeal, fresh milk, juice, and refillable coffee are served as well. Parking is available. A restaurant and small store is next door.

The room was clean and comfortable and this was the only room available for me when i checked in. The downside here is that there is only a communal restroom and shiwer room. This makes it a bit uncomfortable. Plus the shower rooms are so narrow you cant stretch your arms sideways. On their breakfast it was just good, not that bad and not that superb just good.

The worst place I ever been. I don’t recommend it. Just wasted my time and money. The wifi so slow like a snails and their economy room don’t have your own shower room. The only thing that I liked was they serve breakfast. I really regret going there and it won’t happen again..

Good place to stay if you have activities inside the UPLB campus. We stayed in an economy room and the room is air conditioned, spacious, and clean. If you want to access internet from your room, you might want to book their suite rooms since economy rooms don't have wifi access. They do serve breakfast which is also a plus. Common comfort rooms are equipped with hot/cold shower. The bonus? the staff are friendly and accomdating!

The rooms were nice. The front desk, kitchen and room service people were nice, too.
