Poor customer service! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 My friend and I wanted to avail their home service. They did confirmed on my specified time reservation w/ complete details of address and preferred therapist; however, they did not come after they acknowledged my txt message. After 16mins. Of being LATE of the therapist, I txted them for an update. They texted me how many therapist I want; as if they did not knew that I booked a reservation on them w/ specific number of people who will have the massage. They asked me if its ok one the therapist will be late and one will go to my place for the service... Unfortunately, I declined the whole service in the end. You wanted to relax but they just gave me stress. Poor communication!
