Went here yesterday, tellers were rude to us but not to other “rich-looking” customers. We are site engineers, given the ragged looks and dark skin, we look far from rich or “respectable”(from their perception). We are immediately judged and was treated poorly. We didnt get the assistance we needed. I felt sorry for this branch and for people who judge other people solely by their appearance. You can do better.

There is a bigger parking space at the back. Only 2 atms in front. Place is big but avoid coming in on Mondays or after a holiday. Best day to come is Wednesday and Thursday.

Slow. Lack tellers and seats. Getting a number takes time with only 1 machine. The machine printed a number different from that on the screen.

This is my favorite BPI branch because they have ATMs that can receive cash deposits 24/7. So convenient!

Best bpi branch in gensan. Very strategically located, great services and nice staff.
