Not sure why there are so many negative reviews regarding their customer service but I experienced none of those. I would say I experienced the exact opposite. The staff were friendly and accommodating to all my questions and handled my order in a timely manner. Their prices are reasonable and the flowers we ordered were lovely. Will definitely order again!

Flowers arrangement was okay. But the the service was bad to worst. My secretary call to placed the order and the first employee was nice but on her third call to finalized the order some one grab the phone from the employee and rudely answer her and hang up without letting her finish. The flower was deliver this am it was arrange nicely. I wrote to them to thank them for update and informed them about the encountered that my secretary with one of there personnel or owner. To which instead of being apologetic this is the reply I got from Mary Anne ( Good afternoon. Thank you for ordering in our shop. But for your future order we will greatly appreciate it if you can find another flowershop that could be of better service to your needs. Thank you and hope you understand our decision. I made an inquiry over the phone, I needed to call them again as the information on their Facebook page is incomplete. The owner seems to be irritated and kinda rude. Will definitely not recommend, very poor customer service.

A beautiful flower shop they got all the flowers the owner is very kind .....a good and nice place to buy flowers
