Lydias Lechon

For starts, I'm not a big fan of lechon or any of is related dishes. I just eat occasionally and with groups. Somehow, their lechon at present is not what it used to taste before. Not sure, but maybe it's more of the sauces or I just gone bored eating it. Things worthwhile considering though when planning to buy from this store: It is observed to be unclean and very humid! Flies are present inside the lechon encasement & it is exposed to dust and dirt as it is located across a wet market which is also the place of uncollected garbage & filthy clogged drainage! Just make sure you're getting your money's worth in terms of clean & uncontaminated (ASF-free) lechon!
