I just want to share my sentiments to the previous review here. We just lost our pup recently at their clinic and I still can’t believe that he did not survive. He’s Parvo positive but unlike to our previous dogs, we brought him as earliest as possible. 4 years ago, we were really desperate on our dogs’ survival. There were no veterinary clinics open as it happened during the first week of November (All Saint’s & All Souls Day); we were circling around the area with them vomiting and spurting out blood. They we’re also Parvo positive. But the vet clinic who opened their doors for us still managed to save one of them… I was really overwhelmed after learning that he did not make it. We acted fast and brought him to the nearest clinic available in our area (this clinic) as soon as we saw his stool with a stain of blood. With our trauma on our past experience, we were somehow confident that he could make it because he was brought in early. I know that Parvo is fatal, but I couldn’t help myself writing this because on how they treated us before and after giving his remains. 1.) Our family member who visited him in our place noticed that the dextrose THAT WE PAYED FOR ay halos hindi tumutulo. Ang nakapagtataka ay hindi na nga sya kumakain sa panahon na iyon pero bakit ganon kabagal ang tulo ng dextrose niya –halos di na tumutulo. Mas mabuti pa pala dextrose ng mga aso namin noon na hindi ni-confine kahit nagsisirit na ng dugo at sa bahay lang namin inalagaan. 2.) The attendee kept repeating that “nababasa nyo naman siguro na mababa ang survival rate ng lahi nila...” Yes, we were emotionally stressed at that moment but why do they need to keep on repeating that? At bakit pa pala nila tinanggap ang aso namin in the first place kung sila mismo, mula sa umpisa pa lang, ay di na confident na kayang ipagaling aso namin. We could’ve transferred him to other vet clinic that’s more competent than them. Maisasadya pa sana namin siya to the previous clinic that treated our dogs before. Nakakapanghinayang talaga. Nasayang yung oras na may lakas at humihinga pa siya. He went in there with strength, but came out in a box. I do recommend their place for grooming. Their presentation is indeed superb but it doesn’t equate to their attitude and competency.

Brought my 4 puppies and 1 adult dog, one is positive with parvo but they gave us oral treatment despite knowing that our puppies vomit when taking in liquid and solid, told us to come back after a day if oral meds doesnt work. (Gave us 7days worth of oral meds) We had a dog who had parvo 4yrs ago and our vet in Manila before told us that the oral treatment will be useless, and had 5 days only, either he survives or he dies, so instead, they put dextrose, all meds were injected, no food, no water, just nutrigel, a toothpaste like vitamin. He made it. Now we went to another vet here in imus, guess what this vet said.. oral treatment is useless and we only have 5 days to treat. Sad that southhill wasted our money buying unnecessary meds and mad, seriously mad because they wasted 1 day of our puppies lives. Treatment could have started yesterday if they were brought to a different vet, not here in Southhill. They got worse after the oral treatment btw, because they vomit more than before they were brought to this clinic. Will no longer bring my dogs here. Definitely no.

Quality service & care. It is always ensured that the doctors serving do have sufficient knowledge not only for certain trratments but how one should takecare of their pets too. Its been years and these animal clinic never let us, our family down.
